CPR training is an incredibly important part of the health and safety training that all employees should receive. It is essential to know how to perform this life-saving technique in the event of an emergency. CPR, or Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, is an emergency medical technique used to restore the circulation of oxygenated blood to the brain and other vital organs in the event of cardiac arrest. This lifesaving skill has been used to save countless lives and is a key component of any first aid training program.
At HRTBT, we believe that everyone should be trained in CPR and other first aid skills. We provide comprehensive training sessions for all staff members, where they can learn the steps of CPR, as well as how to recognize and respond to a cardiac emergency. During these sessions, our experienced trainers teach the basics of CPR, and how to perform chest compressions, and how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
Our CPR training sessions are highly interactive and engaging, ensuring that all of our staff understand the key principles of CPR and the steps involved in performing it correctly. We also provide hands-on training, using mannequins to allow our staff to practice the skills they have learned. We also provide refresher courses to ensure that our staff are up to date on their knowledge and skills.
